BIOGRAPHY

  • Senior attorney in the Mortgage Loan Department of Ziegler & Schneider, overseeing the management and review of loan documents prepared for closings. Experienced in both the residential and commercial sectors, she has handled a number of bond financed transactions conduit financing transactions, single entity transactions, low income housing tax credit transactions, historic tax credit transactions and new market tax credit transactions.
  • Advises clients in regard to employment issues, including review of personnel handbooks, disciplinary actions, and representation of clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights.
  • Has worked before the Natural Resources Cabinet of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the solid waste, hazardous waste and water quality areas.
  • Works with Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, the Northern Kentucky Convention & Visitors Commission, and the Northern Kentucky Convention Center Corporation developing employment policies, contract negotiations and drafting of ordinances, as well as providing general legal services.
  • Served on the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights from 1979 through 1985.
  • Author of the Chapter entitled Residential Real Estate contained within the Kentucky Real Estate Handbook, published by the University of Kentucky, Continuing Legal Education Department.
