Biography

“Dedication and service to my clients is what motivates me every day. The families I represent are usually going through the most difficult period in their lives. It’s extremely important to me that I do my best to help relieve the added burden and stress they feel during litigation, while working hard to achieve the best outcome possible for them.”

Justin’s primary focus is on civil litigation, with an emphasis on wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, and products liability law. Justin regularly handles appellate work for his firm. He also represents clients in the areas of business law, wills and trusts, real estate, and criminal defense.
From 2008 – 2009, Justin served as a felony prosecutor in the Kenton Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. He successfully prosecuted burglars, thieves, child abusers, and murderers. Justin obtained the first conviction in Kentucky history for felony torture of a dog or cat. Justin is a member of the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Justice Association, a statewide organization of trial lawyers dedicated to protecting citizens’ 7th Amendment right to trial by jury. He also serves on the Board of the Kenton Conservancy and the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s Business Advocacy Council.
Justin graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2000, Magna Cum Laude, with a B.A. degree in Political Science. Justin played on the Wildcats varsity baseball team and earned a spot on the SEC Academic Honor Roll each year while at UK. He then earned his Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from the Pepperdine University School of Law, in Malibu, California.

Justin is a native of Kenton County, Kentucky. Justin and his wife, Meredith, live in Fort Wright with their two children. Justin volunteers as a youth basketball and baseball coach. In his spare time, Justin can usually be found browsing local bookstores, cheering on his hometown sports teams (Reds, Bengals, and FC Cincinnati), or riding roller coasters with his kids at Kings Island.
